Wednesday, April 15th
Joshy is stayin stable and calm today. He is having a "Lab Holiday" today,
so he is pretty excited! He thinks the crib is okay too... the 2 other babies in his room are 2 pounders in incubators....so he is feeling rather mature.
Joshua also got to nurse for the first time today! He got tired very quickly though, so they fed the rest of his 1 1/2 oz. down the NG tube in his nose. That will be the trend now...nursing for a few minutes, then finishing off with the tube. Nursing is a lot of work for this little guy, he is still pretty sick. But as you can see, they are getting him a little dressed (IV's in hand and foot make those appendages impossible) and covered with blankets! Every little step....
